Registration

Registratons are opened. A link is given at the bottom of this page that we ask you to read carefully.

• CNRS personnel: the École is sponsored by the Formation Permanente (FP) of CNRS, their stay full board at Balcons du Lac is paid by the Ecole. For the transportation, they must contact the FP of their Delegation Regional.
• non-CNRS personnel: they are asked a fee of 500 euros by October 6, 600 euros after. It covers
  • the organization of the École, including the proceedings,
  • the full board stay at Balcons du Lac,starting Monday October 21, noon, until Friday October 25, after lunch,
  • buses to/from Annecy train station and the conference place,
  • the Wednesday evening in Annecy (restaurant and visit of the Vieiile Ville).

Paiement are possible by credit card, french check or through their (french) laboratory.
No paiement will be accepted during the École.
Participants will have to pay by October 21st, otherwise they will not be accepted.

The number of participants is limited to 36.

Lodging is is single occupancy rooms. Accompanying persons are welcome, please mention it to us (ecastrostat2013@sciencesconf.org).

Participants have to stay during the entire duration of the École.
We will organize a bus between Annecy train station and the Balcons du Lac, on Monday 21st before noon, and on Friday 25st after lunch. Please indicate your approximate arrival and departure time.

The registration is made in two steps: a first pre-registration, after which  a web link is sent to proceed with the registration itself and for the paiement depending on your category.
